We stayed at Vince Hotel for 4 nights and we are delighted to our stay. I booked Superior Queen Room with an extra bed. The bed is so comfortable, we always have a good night sleep. The housekeeping does a really good job in cleaning our room, changing towels & bedsheets, and repleneshing drinking water everyday. We always go back in a clean room. The hot/cold shower is a plus too. The free wifi is quite slow in the inner side of the room but that was fine for us since we have a data e-sim to use. Their buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious, there are variety of choices and since the restaurant is open until 11am you'll have enough time to catch up more sleep and still get a lovely breakfast before heading out. We also availed their complimentary Thai traditional dress photoshoot service. Som and Nam were so kind and sweet to help us dress-up, teach us how to pose, and capture a really nice photo. This is one of the best experience we had in BKK without additional expenses. They also offer free massage every Tuesday and Friday; unfortunately, we were not able to avail it since we are always out. They also have free supper which we availed once. The free buggy to pick-up or drop-off to the nearest point is a valuable added service. Overall, I can say that we are satisfied and happy during our stay at Vince Hotel. We stayed at the Vince hotel Pratunam for 5 nights and it was an over-all pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant is good but the dinner was very limited so we tried that for just 1 night. There was supposed to be a free massage and free photo shoot but we didn’t have time. Pleasant stay but will try another hotel next time.
All Staffs are polite, room is nice and clean,very nice morning breakfast a lot of choices,free rides at certain locations near to market and mall,amenities are nice, safe area. And great price value for staying ,So for me this is 100%recomendable Vince Hotel
We stayed at Vince Hotel in Pratunam for 8 days, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Bangkok, making it incredibly convenient to walk or take a short ride to the city’s major shopping centres, markets, and attractions. Our room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job every day. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the buffet dinner was excellent value for money with plenty of choices. We also loved spending time at the rooftop swimming pool and bar, where the atmosphere, views, and dining experience were simply magnificent. Stayed at this hotel with my parents. Booked separate rooms and staff at reception kindly placed us to rooms next to each other. The amenities were good and the services were great! My parents got the chance to do the photoshoot with traditional thai costumes. Mild and Nam were very professional assisting my parents during the photoshoot. Be sure to book your photoshoot immediately after you checked in coz the schedule can get busy. The food during breakfast and dinner were good. Overall experience is great. Only the tv in the room can be upgraded and the hot shower can be hotter.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The services and amenities are superb. Good food with free breakfast and dinner. Free buggy service going to nearby Pratunam market. Free thai costume and pictorial also. Very welcoming staff especially Nam and Mild the photographer staff and costume staff there. Good drinks at the roof top kudos to the bartender Nont and Ice, very accommodating! We surely be back here and thank you for giving us extraordinary vacation here in Bangkok! First is, the receptionist during our check in was so accommodating, friendly and beautiful. The room is so nice and clean, it's like home. Complete amenities. Pool is simple. Crews are so accommodating polite and friendly. Food is amazing especially the breakfast. TThe stay at Vince hotel for my birthday trip was truly a memorable one. It was a wonderful touch with a thai costume provided by the hotel with a photographer to snap pix for us and the birthday decor was so pretty Room is big and super clean and new Breakfast and dinner provided had such a great variety with main dishes change every day. Shuttle provided to nearby malls and bts was such a good touch.

Good place for shopping and exploring
The place was in a good location for shopping. Breakfast and dinner buffet choices were good. The room was kept clean and in order. Amenities were provided. Got free flow of popcorn and apple juice at the lobby while you wait for your Bolt or Grab. There is also a free shuttle to certain drop off points near where you want to go. The staff are accommodating and helpful. The only thing that made our stay unpleasant was because of the Traditional costume photo shoot that we bought but was not aware that we need to prebook the session as it was stated that we don’t need to prebook. So in the end, we were not able to utilise what we paid for since their available timing contradicted with our plans. But overall, our stay was okay and will definitely put Vince Hotel on our choice of hotel in Bangkok.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom is nice and clean. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. The buggy service is very nice, friendly and accomodating. Not a big deal but the location is a bit far from stations, however there is the buggy to compensate so the walk is just down to 5-7 mins.

the only problem was that the shower room was so slow to make the water go down the drainage, although it was still manageable..but otherwise all was EXCELLENT the place is so near to the malls and supermarkets known in bangkok..all the staff members were so nice, frm the reception, drivers, dining staff and the cleaners all were so quick to answer requests and always had a smile..i will come back to this hotel if given a chance..😊

The hotel has amazing accomdations. As soon as you enter, it feels as though you entered at different points in history. Pieces of furniture, like their Antique cash register, popcorn stand (where you can get free popcorn), & decorated elevators, make it seem like you were sent back in time. The rooms have all of the necessities, including 2 hairdryers & a bidet. Their pool & bar have such great views, not to mention their classical aesthetics. They have amazing food options (not to mention, free breakfast & dinner), as well as Halal & vegetarian found at a separate counter. And the most appreciating part of the hotel is their buggy service! They drop you off closer to your destination so you won’t have to walk all the way there, AND once you’re done, they can pick you up at the meeting point & drop you off at the hotel. They have gyms, spas, & photoshoots while wearing traditional Thai costumes. There is so much to appreciate, but only main concern is the French toast tasting like egg
